Reservation policies

Reservation can be made either by email to info@redbeanrestaurant.com or phone to 84 4 3926 36 41. Reservation through emails are handled in the order they are received. Please clearly state name, and number of guests in party, date requested and especially your telephone phone number.

Last-minute reservation less than 2 hours prior to the arrival time is accepted by phone only.

We do welcome walk in guests and will accommodate them as much as possible.

Large Party Policy

A large party reservation will require a credit card to reserve, and must be confirmed the day of the reservation.

For a table of up to 6 diners we require 24 hours notice for cancellation. For a table of 7 or more guests we require 48 hours notice for cancellation. In all cases we require at least 2 hours notice for any amendment to your booking.

If there are any cancellations or amendments outside of these timescales there will be a cancellation fee charged of $30.00 per person.

Reservation Timing Policy

Parties that are late for their reservation time are given ten minutes before we call the phone number that we have to ascertain arrival status. Given the limited seating of the restaurant, fifteen minutes late with no contact will void your reservation. Please understand, this is solely due to the size and seating capacity of the restaurant. If you are late, we urge you to contact us so we can make our best effort to accommodate you and your party.

Other Policies

- Payment can be made either by cash (Vietnam Dong/US dollars/Euro) or card (Master/Visa/American Express)

- We do allow guest to bring in their own wine with the exception of any wines we may have on our list. There is a corkage fee of  US$15.00 per bottle.

- It is essential that we are notified of any dietary requirements prior to your visit to ensure that we can cater for you appropriately. If you have not informed us at the point of booking, please contact the restaurant.
